Hemingford Housing Authority EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR The Hemingford Housing Authority is accepting applications for the part time position of Executive Director. The Executive Director is responsible for fifteen units of conventional low-income housing. The selected individual will assume responsibility for all aspects of the Hemingford Housing Authority operations including but not limited to planning, personnel, financial, procurement, maintenance, and customer relations. The selected individual will report to a 5 member Board of Commissioners. Candidate must be 19yrs of age and have strong communication and organization skills. College diploma and/or previous housing background is preferred but not required. Position mandates strong technical skills, and the expertise to understand written government regulations, multi-task and obtain a Public Housing certification within 1 yr of hiring. Salary is negotiable depending on requirements.
